“My sewer drain in my basement was clogged. What A Mess it made in my basement. I called Water Tight and Talked with Steve. He said we can take care of your problem. Give us two hours. His crew, Chris and Bill came out. Very professional! They had the clogged cleared in no time. Ran the camera down the sewer line to make sure pipes were good. Which they were. Clean up! The guys took the time to show me how my sewer drain ran from the house to the street. And they didn't Gouge me on the price. Very Reasonable!! Thanks Water Tight!!“

Once he arrived, Kevin determined that the lines were just dry and didn’t need to be cleaned. I appreciated Kevin’s honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to and do anything that wasn’t necessary. “We have used Biagi for years, and we had the kitchen sink at my moms house clog yesterday. We called and they showed up by early afternoon, Thomas was highly professional and polite. He had worked hard and had to cut some pipe to provide a better angle to cleared the clog. He reassembled the plumbing so future access will be easier. He cleaned the area and was very respectful to leave it as clean as he found it. Phone staff was also Highly professional and friendly! We have used them for back yard sewer repair, our kitchen drain issues and recommended them to friends needing service, and they are always Great! Highly Recommended!“

He found an issue with a collapsed pipe, and had it not been for the locator tool, I would have been in trouble. They more than likely saved me thousands of dollars. Did the job quickly and well, and the charge was very reasonable. Karus was very professional, and explained what was going on as he worked. Cleaned the work area very well, too...much appreciated! Would recommend, and they will be first on our list, the next time we have a plumbing issue.Update, 2/20/24...we had to have our tub spout/shower diverter replaced. Emailed Kenosha Plumbing. They responded quickly, and it was easy to set up an appointment. Will was on time, courteous, friendly, and had a new unit in hand, great match to existing fixtures.
