I woke to a flooded kitchen. Water was coming from the dishwasher that I used last night. The auto shut off of the washer did not work overnight and flooded the kitchen. I turned off the valve and water stopped. I called Ernie Peterson Plumbing (second time they came to the rescue). Phil told me that the dishwasher issue was an appliance problem and so I need to call someone else for it. I led him to the next big problem which I thought was the culprit of all the issues - the crawl space was submerged in water a foot at least. Phil went down to check the sump pump. It was not working at that point. He did some moving and shaking here and there and it started spitting...read full review
