This company cheated me out of a senior discount that was promised and was actually given to me on the first part of the sewer repair job they did. The amount is 5% on $12,000 which is $345.00. I asked someone to call me about this and never received a response. I would greatly appreciate it if the BBB would contact them on my behalf.

Dillon came out to repair/fix a sanitary sump cover that wasn't sealing any more and letting smells into the basement. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He thoroughly explained my options to repair as well as estimated time and cost of each. Since a 29 year old check valve could eventually be a problem I asked him to add that to the request. He had one on his truck so a 2nd visit wasn't needed. This did require new PVC work as the previous installation left no room for a simple replacement repair. He also cleaned out the silt and plant growth from my storm sump. He provided an estimate to replace my aging hot water tank and detailed info about a tankless...read full review
