“11:45 AM on a Sunday morning and my water softener decided to break a seal and spray water all over my basement. Before I knew it, there was a half an inch of water in my basement. I called one company that said they could not help me but told me I should call Servpro of Kendall County, and that they’ll have somebody out immediately.
