Shane Knight deserves high praise for his outstanding customer service. Shane is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and quickly fixed my mold problem. I found mold in bathroom while cleaning the tile around the toilet; it was black mold and I knew it was dangerous, so I looked at Google for a Mold Remover and found Magic Mold Removal; Shane has excellent reviews and a great reputation, so I called Shane he was quickly available, and immediately helped me with my mold problem. Thank you Shane! Now I know who to call if I ever see mold again - you are the best. Jeanne S. Batavia, Illinois
