The work was done well, with some minor, minor blips. (Nothing that would scare me away from calling this crew back for other jobs) When we got the bill, we had a few disputes and are handling that currently. The star of my review is Karrie. She was the person helping us throughout a lot of our billing questions, and with any issues we had. Her customer service, professionalism, and ability to inform us of things we did not understand, were a 10/10. She leaves you feeling like the company personally cares about you walking away happy, without being a complete pushover or ingenue. She's amazing at what she does!“
