“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. “I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment.
