Be prepared to go back multiple times in order to right their wrongs. I have dropped off five times, and of those five, I have been called back 2-3 times because the messed up the order. The last time they called back (their second “mix-up” order), they said they forgot to give us one of our shirts. When I went back, they then told me they gave us a wrong shirt, resulting in me having to go there FOUR TIMES to right their wrongs. Additionally, the pressing job is messy- I have had to steam out some of the dress shirts when I’ve gotten them back. I absolutely will not be returning.
