I was very unsatisfied with my recent visit. I wanted to get two end pieces cut straight and then sewn up so I would have two separate pieces of material. The lady who I spoke with said she would charge me $15 for it, which I paid right away. I went to pick up my items the next day and nothing was done! I went back and was told to come back at 5 when the tailor was there. I explained to her that I spoke with an employee yesterday name Young, and I clearly stated multiple times what I wanted. The tailor said that what I wanted would cost $25, not $15. I told her that was not what we agreed upon. They do good work and have very reasonable prices - especially for sewing - but they tend to open and close whenever they want with no regard to posted business hours which can be frustrating for people trying to fit drop offs and pickups into the workday. I have had this experience 4 times already where they are not open when their posted hours detail that they are. Just change your hours!
