They are upfront about not guaranteeing certain Indian garments due to possible shrinkage, which I understand and accept.<br><br>However, I felt compelled to write this review after a recent experience. We dropped off two white tablecloths, and they refused to accept one because it had a red wine stain. We were told that cleaning it would make the stain worse.<br><br>Afterwards, I looked up stain-removal methods online and washed the tablecloth at home. It came out perfectly white with no trace of the wine stain.<br><br>This made me question what service are being offered if common stains like this are not attempted or addressed.”
