“The doctors and staff are outstanding and truly care about you and your animals. I have two kittens that were very sickly and they helped me get them to health every step of the way. They truly care! From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, and doctors the best level of service and care possible. This place is the best!!”
“My kitten needed emergency surgery after an xray at her vet showed she swallowed something metal like a battery. Staff was thorough and clear in communication on next steps, costs, potential complications, permission before handing her to a very skilled surgeon and team. They also were very tuned into her emotional needs as a tiny kitten in the ICU and kept her in a quiet area and well attended. The surgeon Dr. Kienitz and the surgical intern Dr. Sirr were excellent. Her waiting for surgery, just home and one week out.”
“We love the Chicago Cat Clinic! Our boy Chip is VERY scared of the vet and he sure doesn’t make it easy on them. But they treat him, and us, with such patience and care.”
