The staff were very professional but also empathetic to the fact that hard decisions might have to be made. They were confident in their directions and prognosis which made me feel much better about doing what we had to in order to take care of our pup. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cost of his care was astronomical! It makes me wonder (and makes me sad) how many animals with plenty of life to live have to leave their families just because there is not enough $$ to get them over this “hump”.

Our Jack Russell ate a single grape - from several sources we were told to get emergency vet care and we went to Blue Pearl. The Vet was so informative and kind about our Jack’s health and gave him excellent care. He provided all of the information that we needed for follow up care from our regular vet. We have used this ER in the past and they have always been excellent. The only issue has been wait time.
