“This is truly an amazing vet practice. I've taken all of my critters (dog and cats) to Dr. Ross over the years, and just recently started with Dr. Meranda for my new fur baby, Petunia Jo. From the front desk to the medical staff, this practice truly cares about their clients and parents. My previous dog was very anxious and the practice was excellent in formulating a sedation protocol and so kind in handling his quirks. It made me feel good knowing I wasn't being judged as a parent of an anxious animal. Also, the practice has been great in getting all my pets in on short notice for minor crises. It was great to bring them to a known practice rather than an emergency vet. Overall, I'd recommend them to any pet parent and feel their prices/policies are in line with other competitors in the area.“

“I requested Dr. Young's assistance with completing a health certificate from the USDA, as required for importing a dog from the US to a foreign country. He was the only vet in the area who agreed to provide this service. Dr. Young meticulously completed the health forms and ensured that I had everything I needed, when I needed it. I am also grateful for his compassionate exam of my small dog (a Shih Tzu). The price for this service was completely fair in my opinion. Highest recommendation!“

“My experience at Sploot has been absolutely wonderful. The nurse Issah was so kind and attentive to our little baby. It can be very scary going to the vet because of the unknown but they really do an amazing job of calming any and all of my nerves. “When I recently moved to Chicago, I was unsure where to go for my new puppy. Luckily, I live very close to this vet, but I got even luckier with the amazing care from all the vets and staff! They are so friendly from start to finish, and you can tell they truly care for our pets. We were originally assigned to Dr. MacLeish (amazing), but we also saw Dr. Clay-Smith (also amazing) on short notice when my dog needed to be seen sooner. They also call a few days later to check in, which is greatly appreciated. The only slight slight grievance I have is they are so caring and busy that sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. However, if you leave a voicemail or email, they get back to you the same day or the next day, which is great. Thank you for taking such good care of my pup! P.S. Please make sure you grab the itemized receipt to submit as an invoice for your pet insurance! My other vet in another state (before we moved) had an automated system to submit to the insurance company. I do wish they had that here, but it truly is so easy to create an invoice on my end and document our deductible/reimbursements.“

I live only a block away from Broadway AH after recently moving to the neighborhood & am not, yet, an established client. However, on Friday morning, it was clear that my 19 year old kitty was in distress at the end of her life & that we would not be able to keep a previously scheduled euthanasia appointment.
Broadway was able to get us in within a couple of hours for an exam & consult to make end of life decisions.
I have worked in vet med & rescue. I was fairly certain I would be sent to a ER clinic. Instead, Paisley & I were treated with compassion and care at our local veterinarian.
I will be establishing my other kitty with Broadway AH for her future care.
