“We have used Hearthstone for several years. Their service is excellent. Recently, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. Their representatives were professional, courteous, efficient and did a great job. Afterwards, we thought we had an issue with the installation (relatively minor) so we called them. They sent a representative; it turned out that the issue was not Hearthstone's but something that existed before their installation. Nevertheless, their representative spent a couple hours helping us take care of it - no extra charge. Good service, good people.“

Eric cleaned my furnace and also looked at and addressed concerns. I had about my sump pump. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also explained some Preventative attention I could give to my furnace on my own, Decreasing the risk of need for future service. They have my highest recommendation“

“Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“
