Fast forward a few months and I called with an issue I was having with our breaker box. He asked me to describe the issue, looked back at pictures they had on file, and walked me through it over the phone rather than coming out to charge me for an issue he knew I could handle without their services.

One of their competitors quoted me 3 times the cost and when I questioned the cost the office manager was supposed to get back to me with a better price and of corse never did.
