“We've been going to Westchester doggery for years for nail clipping. We now have a long hair dog so for the first time, we went for the whole works, bath, cut, nails - everything. We are very happy with them, good people, great job, very reasonable. Will keep coming back for sure!“

“I brought my dog here after a really bad past grooming experience, so I was honestly very nervous. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, and understanding of everything I explained about her.

They reassured me they would take their time with her, give her breaks if needed, and even call me if she was too overwhelmed — which meant a lot to me. They also kept me updated and had me come right before she was done, which helped ease my anxiety.

My dog is high-energy and can be nervous, and they handled her with so much patience and care. She did get a little anxious at times (which I expected), but they worked with her instead of forcing anything.

When I picked her up, she looked amazing, and more importantly, she was happy to see me, wagging her tail and acting like herself. That told me everything I needed to know.

Yes, they are on the pricier side, but in my opinion it is 100% worth it for the level of care, patience, and respect they give the dogs. You can tell they truly care.

“A relative gave me a dog that they could no longer care for, and I wanted to give her a fresh start in my home, including some grooming care. I let the groomers know about a small rash she had and some matting, and they asked me to bring her in so they could assess her. They took care of everything, and she came back happy, smelling great, and with soft fur. I love the personal attention here and will definitely be back instead of going to a big box store.“

In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. My kitty was in need of a last minute grooming and I was looking for a salon that would be calm and quiet so he wouldn’t be overwhelmed or scared, and this salon is the perfect environment! “Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood.
