“We had a problem with a chimney which was falling apart together with quickly deteriorating shingles. We had numerous leaks in few spots around the house. Tom advised us to file a claim with insurance company and assisted us throughout the process. All went smoothly without any issues. The chimney was repaired together with the old shingles removed and replaced with the new ones. We couldn't be happier. Tom was very helpful and accommodating. “I had a leaking roof and A1 who was recommended to me was contacted. Frank came out and did an inspection and forms I had hail damage. He also inspected my inside damage and noticed that I had damage more than I thought. He helped get approval for my claims. After approving the workers arrival was right on time. All of them worked hard doing a great job quickly. After the second day the inside repairs started. Again on tine arrival working hard and efficiently. Repairs were made and the finishing touched made like painting the repairs. Once again repairs were fast and professional. So what was promised A1 delivered. I am very satisfied with the compleat process from my first handshake to the complete project. A1 was top notch company and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly Highly recommended.“

Nathan was able to come out at my next availability, assess the carpets and get them clean - all within about an hour and a half. (1 medium room, 1 large room and a smaller area). He even helped me move a larger piece of furniture to make sure we got all the carpet area needed. He explained what was happening throughout the process and got all the staining and hair out! “Called these guys Fri morning they were at my house ASAP, my entire house flooded. Kids toilet a screw cracked on the bottom behind it and water leaked down 3 floors. Spoke to Jason the owner very nice guy guided me and got me ready for what was coming. Had me call his project manager and The project Mgr showed up Brandon, and he was beyond professional walked us through the entire process and then they got started. They had 3 guys there daily working on all levels they were beyond fast beyond clean n most importantly beyond respectable to my two pitbull’s I had locked in my bedroom the entire wk they were working, they allowed me to take them out whenever I needed to just to give them a heads up to get out of the house lol. They were done in less than a week, never late and never slacked I would and will name drop these guys whenever a friend says to me do you know a restoration company. Finally starting on the rebuild and can’t wait see our new house. “Jeff and Bello did a wallpaper removal and then painting in two rooms for us, plus a separate drywall repair and painting project. This job was complicated because we had some walls where someone had painted over wallpaper. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and explained to us what he recommended to achieve the best results. He and Bello are true craftsman and show great attention to detail. The work turned out fabulous and we are very pleased with the results and will use him again.“
