Our finished basement flooded in July due to heavy rains and sewer backup. Ron and his team were able to come check everything out ASAP, whereas other companies were providing dates that were weeks and months out, just to provide quotes. Ron was forthright, communicative and very responsive throughout the whole process. We decided to waterproof the basement while we were at it, so not only did his team remove everything that was damaged (flooring, walls, doors) but also installed drain tiles and a sump pump to avoid this problem in the future. Really can’t say enough good things about this company! GO WITH THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT! We had flooding in our floors and had to have all the floors redone and walls repainted. First time homeowners so this was a scary idea for us, and working with insurance. Ron was SO helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the process. Bobby was very knowledgeable about the floor options and we appreciated his insight and expertise. When it came time to move out, his team took care of EVERYTHING and made sure we were comfortable. From the quick response to their professionalism, knowledge, & high quality work, they exceeded my expectations. The team communicated effectively, providing clear timelines and delivering on every promise. The work done was top-notch, restoring everything to its original state.
