IT Services & Computer Repair near Wauconda picked by BestProsInTown
“So far, so good. Just switched to DTS and today a seriously knowledgeable tech spent most of the day assessing and diagnosing. Already feeling so much more confident in this firm and its knowledge and honesty than the schyster we were saddled with (Avoid Andrey from ASAP IT at all costs).”
“If you need office equipment repair, contact Will Pastor at oakwoodtechnologies.com (847-526-4399). I did, based on a recommendation. My MFP (Multi Function Printer, copier, scanner, fax) needed repair and Will could tell me over the phone what the problems likely were. I took my machine in, he was correct, gave me an estimate, and ordered the parts. The machine was ready for pickup the next afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, efficient, quick service, and reasonable. Can't ask for more. Well worth the drive to Wauconda.”
“All I can say is: I'm in heaven!! Mark Filwett - Lake County Geeks, rescued me once again, and I'm so grateful. I have a nice computer so I didn't want to spend the money to buy a new one after Microsoft phased out support for Windows 10. Mark made a house call, picked up my computer, downloaded Windows 11 (they said it couldn't be done), and brought my baby back home like a brand new computer! He set up a new keyboard and mouse, and my anxiety just faded away. I'm absolutely THRILLED! THANK YOU MARK!! Mark is pleasant, conversational, accomodating, proficient, and FAST! If you have a similar problem, or any other computer related issue that needs resolving, and you want the job done well by someone trustworthy, give Mark a call. You won't regret the decision. ?♥?”
