Took my laptop in to get looked at, as it was having issues booting up... turns out it was my hard drive starting to go bad. They installed a new hard drive and copied the data over for me. It was quick, simple and affordable.

Technology Masters has always been extremely helpful whenever I have a question. The building gets a lot of electrical brownouts for some reason and they've broken down backup systems and remote servers in detail so that I know if everything crashes my business isn't screwed. They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it. I've had many discussions with Curt (the owner) and never get half-answers like I did with other companies. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're worried about backups or computers crashing.
