“I presented Tom with a real challenge. We had an engraving machine that would not work with our new computer. Tom spent many hours getting to the bottom of this issue. I am amazed that he did not give up and got everything going again. It was a real headache but Tom came through. There were several troubling issues that he worked out as well. We have some very old peripherals so again we really challenged him. All in all we are very happy with the service.”
