I've been a customer of Friendly Computers for a long time. I've purchased 3 computers--one overhauled and two new. I've been so pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and technical expertise. I've also purchased two printers over a long time. Even though Friendly Computers do not repair printers, they can arrange to get the printers up and running due to a software technicality. When the software on one printer was erased due to an update, Friendly Computers got my printer running via remote access. When I purchased my second printer, I again experienced a software problem.
