“My mom made great friends while she was a resident in memory care (Crossings). She had really good care there and was very comfortable. Definitely the brightest light there came from Jenniffer, the health and wellness coordinator. She had a magic touch with all of the residents, and they all loved her, especially my mother. All of the activities she coordinated were done with a constant smile and laughter. For my mom's birthday, she helped me throw a party. She made sure that all the residents had a great time complete with music, and dancing and singing. She helped me decorate and even made a fruit punch. She made it a real party and made my mom feel very special. Both me and my mom miss her very much!“

“I had a major surgery performed in late January at NHC, and was referred to All Quality Home Health Care by the hospital's social worker. Anna was the nurse assigned to my care, and she proactively reached out to me and stopped by the house for my first visit on the day following my release.

For the next 2 months, Anna visited weekly, or as needed, offering excellent care during my recovery. Anna is professional, knowledgeable, diligent, caring and personable; a true gem!

“I recently began using BrightStar Care with my father three days a week to slowly transition them into the home care idea. We were blessed to have a gentleman named Al come to their home. He was amazing! He found out what they were looking for and stepped right in to help with some house hold chores like cleaning my dad's bathroom, making him lunch and helping him get moving such; as walking the house. He is open to playing board games and talking about all sorts of topics with my dad. Al understands my dads crazy dry humor and laughs at all the jokes we have heard for years.
