They were very helpful to recommend, instruct us, and get us the products that would work best for us. They followed up after the sale when we had some questions. Now a year later we went to use some of the product. When we opened the box we found the container inside had leaked. We contacted Watco to get more material. They promptly sent a replacement at no charge. It is uncommon these days to find a company that has knowledgeable people answering the phone, has great products, and stands them.
