She makes signup for classes very easy and smooth. There is nothing like talking directly to a person. It makes such a big difference. She will also always get back to you in a timely manner. This is exactly how businesses should run. Because of this exemplary customer service you always want to come back and continue with classes. For the first time, I had Tammy as a teacher. She was also very nice and accommodating. Not like others agility facilities where the teacher is looking at his phone the whole time not paying attention to the dog or handler. The facility is large, new and clean. There is artificial grass on the floor which makes it so much nicer. I would recommend them. The teacher does give instructions and corrections.”
