I loved the vibe that I got when I walked in and in talking with the staff. Everyone was so polite. We felt comfortable entrusting our Zoe at Dogtopia for a doggy getaway while we traveled out of town. We will definitely be bringing our girl in for puppy play dates or for a mini-getaway!!
I’ve just started daycare for my 7 month old puppy here and could not be happier. I looked at 3 other doggy daycares in the area and none compare to Dogtopia Geneva. The floors are padded for doggy joints and paws. They have ramps and equipment in the rooms for enhanced play, and separate into 3 groups/rooms for size and temperament. Each room has an outside area as well. There is constant supervision and interaction with “canine coaches” and everyone seems to know what’s happening and who is who. Our dog Molly is often boarded at Dogtopia Geneva for several years now. She’s always well taken care of and is excited to go there. Dogtopia recently started offering grooming services and we tried it for the 1st time today. The groomer did a great job! Molly will for sure be back.
