“We have used Assisting Hands for the past several months, to help with care and companionship for my husband, mainly to give me a break of several hours a few times a week. We first had a helper who was very capable and experienced but who turned out not to be a good “personal” fit with my husband’s situation. After a month with no outside assistance, we contacted Assisting Hands again, and they showed what a caring and flexible group they are. We now have a fine helper we have come to love! She is young, a nursing student, bright and willing to go “beyond the call” when asked. We feel very lucky to have Leila H. come to our home these days.“
