We have used Assisting Hands for the past several months, to help with care and companionship for my husband, mainly to give me a break of several hours a few times a week. We first had a helper who was very capable and experienced but who turned out not to be a good “personal” fit with my husband’s situation. After a month with no outside assistance, we contacted Assisting Hands again, and they showed what a caring and flexible group they are. We now have a fine helper we have come to love! She is young, a nursing student, bright and willing to go “beyond the call” when asked. We feel very lucky to have Leila H. come to our home these days.

We work with Assisting Hands for in home caregiving services. We have several caregivers throughout the week. Sally is amazing with our mom. She works the care plan and also pays attention to details like helping mom with her hair and clothing to feel good and put together. Assisting Hands is very lucky to have Sally as an employee. Our family is very blessed to have Sally caring for my mom.
