Bickford as a company has a great reputation and this location is no exception! I love working with the team here. They are down to earth, approachable, and very supportive of families. If you're looking for assisted living and or memory care in the area, this is a wonderful community to consider!
I am a hospice nurse that has the pleasure of having patients at Bickford’s of St. Charles. The staff is wonderful and my patients are well taken care of and happy. I would definitely recommend and even have a family live at Bickford.
This care facility is amazing. We walked in and were greeted by so many staff. All the residents were smiling, conversing with staff of the building and having a great time! Made we feel like we were definitely making the right choice with this facility. We decided to tour here after having multiple people tell us how great it was!
