“I burst a pipe behind a wall on a Saturday afternoon. Roto Rooter showed up and got that isolated and our water back on for the weekend. Then on Monday they came back and replaced everything broken in short order. The tech was very efficient, extremely polite and knew his trade very well. I'm very happy with their performance.“
“Restoring well-water service was provided professionally and promptly (on the heels of another company Not answering follow-up calls). A broken (frozen) well-pump was replaced, and trouble-shooting ensued as it was not functioning properly once replaced. Jordan worked hard at finding the cause, and championed it after investing his own time to figure it out, and reset the pump to function properly. He wrapped up the work by redesigning and repairing plumbing lines so this mishap would not be repeated, but could be avoided by some simple maintenance I could do. Much of the work was in a mud basement—old fruit cellar—tight and not very pleasant conditions. He trouble-shot a couple other minor issues, along with Steve helping, the 2nd day.There are truly not enough words of thanks to say for the great (albeit grungy) work that was done. His expertise applied repairs that I could not have done on my own, which restored water to my home, and left it functioning Better than it had been.I believe Jason reflects the principles of this company, which seems to operate with the old-fashioned, country values of helping out a neighbor in a reasonable, cost-effective manner.Will definitely call them for help with any future needs (that will hopefully be a lot more tidy)!Services: Toilet repair“

“My furnace went out in the middle of the night so I called a heating and cooling company. After it was checked out, I was told that I had lost electricity to my furnace and would need an electrician. So I called Tiger heating and cooling. I explained what was wrong and they sent out an electrician that same day. The technician was very polite and showed up when he said he would be there. Within a half hour, he had my furnace back up and running. I would recommend this business for any of your household needs.“
