Timely, thorough, professional, and kind. Broke down all my options and worked to make it so I could understand pro/cons of all the options. Quote for water heater, new water lines, and did safety inspection of all water connections.
We had a sewage ejector pump crap out on us and flooded our basement. HRI responded promptly and Angel came out and did the work. We were so thankful!
