My water heater was leaking buckets of water everywhere! It was probably 15 years old. I called and they sent someone out quickly. They gave me several options and I chose which worked for me. Which was a new one. They installed it quickly and cleaned up totally afterwards.
The plumber was excellent and experienced. Very professional. He was very patient and explained everything I needed to know.
I really can’t say how exceptional this company is to work with. This was my second time using them and it’s been the best both times.
They are all super nice friendly and professional they had me feeling lots better really quick Thank you to everyone I talked to .Very impressed with this company will recommend to everyone
While not quite 5 stars, I would recommend Roto-Rooter.
The positives:
-They were very RESPECTABLE of my time and sent out technicians immediately and began the repairs of my sewage line within a day of finding the primary issues.
-Given the nature of the issue, they kept my basement CLEAN, dust free and did a good job of being cautious of the environment as to not damage anything in my home.
-The guys that came out to do the actual repair were respectable, approachable and transparent with what was going on. They appeared to be EXPERIENCED and had no problems when encountering small errors and issues.
