“Spenga is fantastic for all ages and levels of fitness. The instructors are all welcoming, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate modifications. 20 mins of cycling in the dark with awesome playlists followed by 20 minutes of alternating strength moves and then 20 min of yoga. The format is fantastic and keeps workouts from getting old. It’s up to you to determine how hard you want your workouts to be. Definitely take advantage of some free classes to check it out!”
“My daughter just had her first class, and the staff were so kind and welcoming! I was so grateful that they offer a free trial class, because I was hesitant to sign my daughter up for classes without knowing how she’d do, but she had a blast and the instructors were so patient with her! My daughter instantly said she wanted to come back again!
The studio was so clean, and they have screens in the lobby to watch the classes, so you can see what’s happening without distracting the class. They have a little performance for parents each month so you get to see how they’re doing and it helps get them ready for the performances at the end of the year!
Scheduling her trial lesson was so easy, they texted me to help find the perfect time for my daughter and sent a few reminders so you don’t forget!”
