When I went to Art's, a nice lady met with me and told me she could do it! I just picked up the doll today and it's so wonderful! It looks like the hair naturally had no ponytail! I was very happy with my doll and the price; it was under $20 to fix the doll and no one else out there seemed to want to do it except Art's. I would go there for any future sewing, alterations, tailoring, anything. They were great and very nice!
