“We have been using Groomies for almost 2 years now and they take wonderful care of our pup, Bogey. He has seen multiple groomers (we never specify) and he always looks great when he's done. We were on a waiting list for a while to get in, but now that we are repeat clients, it is very easy to book (usually via text, 2-4 weeks out depending on time of year), and they book by time slot so your pet isn't hanging around in a cage all day waiting for their turn. They always text when he's around 15 minutes from being done. Bogey is always relaxed any happy when he comes home, which is a triumph for a pup who doesn't like much to be groomed. Everyone is always a pleasure to interact with - I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Groomies!“

They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. “Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“
