Right on the spot and didn’t charge me. Then he explained why it broke and adjusted the height so it wouldn’t happen again AND showed me how to adjust it myself if there was ever a problem. Saved me literal thousands on a replacement by being honest and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!“

“What a pleasant experience dealing with Len Roofing, from the initial meeting and estimate through the final cleanup, everything went as planned. Mark, the owner, was very patient and answered all my questions about what was to be done. Julie in the office was in constant communication with us and kept us up to date on when the project would start. She answered any questions we had promptly. Samples were dropped off, colors were picked and the roof was replaced in a timely manner. Manuel and his crew were very efficient and knowledgable. The work went as planned and completed in a couple days. We had cell numbers to contact the owner, Mark, if there were issues. After the roof was completed and the area was all cleaned up another employee came by and swept the entire yard (magnet) to insure there were no stray nails. All in all we couldn't be happier with how our new roof turned out.
