I called NRT to complain about one of their drivers driving unsafe. They took the complaint very seriously. Upper mgmt called me back to assure they had a talk with the driver. This is professionalism. Other businesses please note. Who will be the first company to pop in my mind when I need roofing or tuckpointing now? Or a friend/relative mentions they need same? Had an inspection report from when we bought the place. Bobby came out to help me identify and confirm the condition of the roof and work needing to be done. Bobby was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I'd trust Nombach with all future work.
