To give some context, I was told by several other roofing companies that I would need to re-sheet and shingle my entire roof. I wanted to get as many quotes as possible since this job was between 15-20k. Rocco came out and crawled into my tiny attic space and assured me that I did not need to resheet the entire roof but rather the back section that had endured more moisture and had leaks. He came in with the best quote and he replaced all the rotted wood that was there. He even had to replace a rafter but he was so kind and showed me all the pictures of my roof so I felt peace of mind with knowing the job was done correctly. Rocco and his crew worked for 12 hours straight and finished my roof in one day. After dealing with different roofing companies for months and going back and forth with them, Bartco Construction came out on top in all matters. “I recently had a whole mansard roof, gutter and gutter guards installed by Lindholm. When I bought my home our inspector noted that ours was one of few mansard roofs without mold or water inside and seemed to be vented properly. After contracting with Lindholm for a new roof replacement, through the city permit office, I learned that Lindholm Roofing had installed the roof on this home 20years ago! The coincidence was a big surprise. During replacement almost no wood required replacement under the roofing materials— to me this was a testament to the Lindholm installation 20yr ago. I was glad to have ended up going with them as the previous owners had.

From initial quote to install Rodrigo went above and beyond to ensure a well communicated process seamlessly became a beautifully finished roof/gutters project. I was impressed with him and the workers. I did, unfortunately find many nails, but when I mentioned it to Rodrigo they came out with a magnetic rake again and cleaned up well again. “Over the last 15 or so years Stuart Nyberg of Nyberg enterprises has roofed my house and two garages and also my sister's house and also a house for a close friend. Each of these projects went smoothly with top quality work. All five roofs have been problem free and are looking good and going strong after years of service. The best thing has been on going customer service. On two occasions my garage roof sustained minor physical damage. Both times I called Stuart and he arranged his crew to come out and make careful repairs, removing and replacing damaged shingles with skill and finesse for what to me was a very reasonable price. The repairs are un-detectable. See attached photo of the most recent repair finished today. A truck with ladders had caught that corner and tore up several shingles.“
