The Strength Revolution
“I am a 62 year old male who has been training on my own for a long time. Recently, I’ve been training with Paul at Strength Revolution, and I’ve had a great experience. He has helped me understand how to train effectively, push myself appropriately, and reduce the risk of injury. Paul is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely wants his clients to improve.
The facility is always clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Paul and Strength Revolution to anyone looking for professional, supportive personal training. Five stars!”
