“Gym has been a great experience for my son. He has lost 26lbs since September without changing his diet. Although this gym does not specialize in special recreation ex; autism. The coaches have amazing patience and are encouraging and fun with firm discipline! Its been a great experience for my son who happens to be on the Autism spectrum. We have participated in other special recreation programs in the past but, Never has my son received such positive encouragement and acceptance from any other program. He continues to attend conditioning and MMA classes 6 days a week. He has never been stronger or happier.“
