“Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Very good variety of machines. You will never be out of an exercise for upper body. However, there could be more machines and racks for legs, but sufficient enough when not crowded. Small footprint for a gym, it's actually surprising how much equipment they fit in here. Overall a great atmosphere, staff, machines, and equipment - especially for the price!“

“I tried a drop in class at Backland when my home box closed down. As you can imagine, finding a new box after 7 years of comfort at your original box is rough ?. I tried several gyms in the area and this one, hands down, was the best for me. I think the universe has a way of showing you when its time to make a change, and Backland was certainly it for me.From the staff, to the members, programming, and facility - everything is top notch! I've been a member for a month now and they have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. If you're looking for a new box, this is your sign that Backland is for you! ❤️“

“Ron was my personal trainer for a little over a year. Prior to working out with Ron, I was ignorant on what it takes for someone to not only have a healthy diet, but more importantly, a healthy lifestyle. In addition, I was unaware of how just important it was to incorporate lifting weights in your workouts. I was that girl whose mindset was, “cardio is key in order to lose weight.” I didn’t know what it meant to be fit.It wasn’t until Ron became my personal trainer when I gained the knowledge I have today on what it really takes to get into shape. During my time with Ron is when I was in the best shape of my life and truly saw my body transform. For me, the impossible honestly became possible. Ron pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, however, never pushed me too far. He was always so understanding and patient and never forced me to work at a pace that I was uncomfortable at. My endurance increased tremendously and I consistently saw progress on my weight lifting. Every week, Ron would either have me increase the weights, increase my sets and/or do super sets. We would always focus on a different muscle group every week and he constantly changed up my workouts so my body never got used to the same thing. As I mentioned above, the transformation and muscle growth I saw my body have while having a more positive mindset and lifestyle was all thanks to Ron. If you are thinking or considering having Ron as your personal trainer, I promise you won’t be disappointed.“

“I worked with Brian for a little over 5 months lost close to 40lbs and 8% body fat and I couldn't have been happier with the results I achieved. Any question or concern I had Brian was right there to walk me through it or answer it. Brian also makes you feel comfortable with who you are and gives you great motivation along the way to help you achieve your goals. The workouts provided pushed me to do my best and always made me feel awesome after completing them. I would 100% recommend Brian to help you achieve your goals. If you are willing to put in the work, he will be right there with you to make sure you get it done.“

“I love all of the trainers. Sandy, Sam, and Travis all are excellent coaches, and listen to my needs, helping me with proper positioning to get the most benefit without harming my body. I have chronic physical pain, and they work with me in a way that is building my strength, while decreasing my pain. I highly recommend the Naperville studio. They maintain a clean and pleasant environment. I'm grateful to have found them.“

“I happened to see an advertisement on Facebook about The Perfect Workout, I just goggled the facility and read the reviews which one review caught my attention. Everything that the lady said on her review was basically describing myself. I decided to sign up and I received a call and before I knew anything I was at the facility on Labor day and met Sarah Loar my trainer. Sarah was very patient and made me feel comfortable being at the facility. I was discouraged at first but willing to give it a try, she helped me with the machines and made sure that I was comfortable on each equipment that I worked out on. Sarah has a very warm heart and spirit. I felt so good when I left there and when I woke up that next day I still felt like I could accomplish anything. LOL!!! I will recommend this place to anyone that has tried other places and left feeling like a failure. If you go to The Perfect Workout you will leave feeling like a million bucks!!! Thank you Sarah!!!“

“I have been working out at Donna’s Home Fitness for almost 10 years now! Exercise has become an important part of my weekly schedule. I enjoy the fun, challenging and positive atmosphere that Donna and my fellow workout partners have created. Donna does an excellent job with educating her clients on proper technique, muscle groups and modifications when necessary. Donna has a wide variety of equipment that we use to rotate through a circuit that she creates each class we attend. No two classes are ever the same! Donna’s space is an inviting home workout facility. She has a range of machines and equipment that are conducive to clients of all levels of fitness.Additionally, I’d like to mention that I’ve been very impressed with Donna’s ability to adapt to the current environment of social distancing. I have been participating in Zoom classes with Donna and our workouts have been creative and invigorating. I encourage you to try one of Donna’s classes and help support a small business owner!“

“‍ "So I Drank the Orange Kool-Aid... and Survived! ‍ Alright, folks, gather 'round for a tale of epic sweat, neon vibes, and some seriously spunky workouts! I took a leap of faith and chugged the Orange Kool-Aid at Orange Theory of Naperville, and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster. First off, let's talk about the group workout scene. I walked in ready to embrace the burn with fellow fitness warriors, and boy, did I find my tribe. There's something strangely satisfying about sweating next to strangers-turned-motivation-mascots. It's like we're all in this together, sweating our way to glory and an extra slice of guilt-free pizza. Speaking of sweat, the workouts - they're like challenges from a fitness dimension I knew existed. I'm talking about, rowing, and treadmill escapades that make me question the life choices that led me here. But hey, ain't that the point? Each rep feels like a step closer to superhero status (or at least being able to open that stubborn pickle jar without help). The staff? Oh, they're like cheerleaders armed with computers. The office folks greet you with smiles, while the coaching crew transforms into supportive drill sergeants. And the Splat points they mention? Yeah, I'm still decoding that secret language, but hey, I'm collecting them like Pokemon cards and feeling pretty darn accomplished while doing it. Now, let's chat budgeting. Is Orange Theory a tad bit pricier than your average gym? Sure thing. But let me tell you, every bead of sweat is worth its weight in gold. And speaking of gold, I completed their Aug Marathon month - not gonna lie, I was hoping for a confetti parade or a marching band, but a pat on the back and an "atta-boy" sufficed. As I lace up for month 6 (yes, I survived 2 months, folks!), I can't help but wonder what kind of crazy cardio adventures lie ahead. Will I finally decipher the Splat points? Will I ever not trip on the treadmill? Who knows, but one thing's for sure: Orange Theory, you've got me hooked - and I'm not talking about those rowing machines. “I recently joined Midtown and was paired with Jack as my personal trainer. He has been absolutely great and I would recommend him to anyone!! It had been awhile since I had been working out in a gym so I was a bit nervous, but he was extremely understanding, listened to my goals, and gave great advice and support to help in achieving them. “The Signature in Yorkville is 5 minutes away from my house and I still willingly drive 25 minutes to Naperville because the Signature gym there is extremely high quality. Their fridges are always more stocked, it's always so clean, the sauna works way better and the community including staff is awesome. 100% worth the drive.“
