Absolutely love this gym! Amazing staff, very kind and a wonderful clean space that feels great to work out in. I highly recommend coming here. Equipment was well taken care of, I felt heard throughout my entire experience and they guided me in the exact direction I was trying to go!
So big shout outs to Mr. Brandon Cabrera. I did a 3 day pass at the Crestwood location after being out commison for 3 months and Brandon was so awesome. His customer service, attention to detail and patience was the only reason I returned to the gym the following day. He addressed all concerns and needs for myself and my family; and even introduced me to the the general manager and trainers. He travels to multiple gyms so I was able to find him at Joliet today and register for a premier membership. My husband and I came in town from Colorado to visit family, and we're looking for a weekend pass while we were here. Brandon was very helpful and was a joy to chat with while he set us up! The gym was clean and had all the equipment we could have asked for! Thank you Brandon for aiding in us keeping a nice tight bum during the holidays!
