Lively environment that supports the needs of all ages- from the sports athlete, folks that hold down physical demanding jobs, to the mom’letes (see what I did there-that’s me!). Josh was fantastic at meeting me where I was at each session both mentally and physically- encouraging, challenging, and supportive when I wasn’t meeting the finish line goal I set in my head. I went from not being able to lift up my leg to running sprints and using the squat racks at the end. I’ll be coming back for some personal training to keep pushing forward with my fitness goals soon too.
