“I needed an optometrist right away for an eye emergency. I called Lebanon Optometric Center at 8:30 am as a new patient and was seen by Dr. Thorpe Klinsky by 10:30 am. Dr. Thorpe Klinksy was approachable in her personality and knowledgeable and efficient in my care. The staff was great, too.“

“My favorite eye doctor. Always super helpful. I personally go and take both my parents. Doctor Becherer and the staff are very welcoming to my step dad and mother. He was able to quickly diagnose a detached retina and my step dad was quickly scheduled for surgery. He is able to read all his favorite books again.“
“Dr. Fleming is always very direct and to the point which is appreciated. He also gives me the opportunity to ask questions and not making me feel that he is too busy to take the time to address my concerns.“

“At other optometrists I get "processed" and each time my contacts prescription seems stronger than what I'm comfortable with (without knowing why and telling them at the outset that's been my decades long problem) but I still end up with too strong a prescription, I feel. So, I recently decided to give Sam's Club and Dr. Sherri Morris a try. She actually listened, evaluated me and solved my problem! What a relief! My sight and comfort with contacts has been renewed. Kudos to Dr. Morris for her listening skills and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Morris for everyone.“

“I booked an eye exam online for a virtual visit so I was aware that a technician would be seeing me and then I would see a doctor over zoom. However I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to see the doctor over zoom, and unfortunately had to leave the appointment and come back later that day to see the doctor. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars.However my technician, Alexis, was phenomenal! 5 stars for her. As a fairly new and apprehensive contact wearer, Alexis was extremely patient with me and even assisted me in placing the contacts in when I couldn’t get the hang of it. I have a special event this weekend and Alexis was able to get me a trial pair of contacts so I wouldn’t have to wear my glasses. I had to bring my kids with me to my second appointment and she was just as kind and patient with them also. Everyone at the front desk was also helpful & courteous.“
