Having received many massages in chicago from those overpriced spas, I can honestly say JJ Massage is a total game changer. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about muscle tension and pressure points. The price you pay compared to what you receive is totally unmatched and I will most certainly be back many times because of great I felt afterwards. I highly highly recommend this place as it is a hidden gem in the Chicagoland area with absolute outstanding service.

We were in the area for a few hours waiting on a family member, so I called to ask if they take walk ins or should we make an appointment. The receptionist said appointments only and asked if I wanted to come in. I asked the cost of basic manicure and then asked what was the next available time was. I booked the appointment. We arrived and the salon was rather busy for a Sunday afternoon. They were friendly and pleasant. The manicure was very nice and reasonable. The salon was spacious, neat and very clean. If we are in the area again for an extended period of time, I definitely would come back.

I just wanted to say before I say anything, I think I've only left 1 other review in my life.. I don't do this but, I'm very impressed with this nail salon. I currently left my other nail place because of wait times and my nails weren't lasting more than 2 weeks without lifting. Im so impressed with the fact that that I found a nail salon that not only there's barely ever a wait but also my nails aren't lifting even after 3/4 weeks ! Ive inserted pictures with dates to show you before and afters. This salon is small and pretty hidden which is why I think not many know of it. I'm not very picky when it comes to prices especially with this place because I know what I'm paying for will last. I'm glad to have found this nail salon.

A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.

What an amazing experience! Went here today for our anniversary and received the best massages we've ever had. We had Becca and Yuna for our services and they were so kind and sweet. We got the champagne and chocolate package plus added on an extra 30 minutes and facials when we were done because they were THAT good we did not want to leave. Room was set to a great temperature, both women were professional, rooms were spotless. Yes they were open today even though the hours depending on where you look say closed. We got in at 11:30 same day and we will definitely be back.

C&H recently installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my the first floor of my ranch home. Their work quality was superb, and the men were friendly and efficient. My only caveat was for the initial estimate for the work. I was not told that my 1949 might need testing for asbestos. Such testing delayed the work and resulted in some additional cost for abatement. In addition, further materials were needed for the baseboard and quarter board. For purposes of financial planning a more thorough estimate would definitely have been preferable!

ComEd is upgrading electrical service in our area (Winston Park subdivision, Palatine). ALI was out yesterday to repair the areas that were fully dug out (in my case both front and back yards). They did a fantastic job in fixing the mess left by ComEd. They leveled the ground, removed debris dug up (large rocks), put in soil and seeded. They offered to put in mulch around my bushes in the backyard but i never had mulch so i declined the offer. They spent as much time as needed to restore both area and more! Hopefully the grass will fill in in the front! Thanks for taking care of the mess left by ComEd! The crew did a great job!
I recently sent a text to Moises to let him know that the crew he has doing our lawn has been wonderful. After trying a few other landscaping companies and never really finding one that took care of my lawn like it was theirs, i tried Moises Landscaping. Honestly, have never been so pleased as I have been with this company. His crew are so thorough and really go above and beyond in my opinion. Moved all my trash out for collection to mow under it on a week I had to put the trash on the lawn, not the drive. I mean, what company does that?? I have called Moises with so little warning, asking for oddball things to be done and he always fits us in - sometimes after hours in order to get done what was needed in the time frame given. I would highly recommend Ark Tree Service. They were professional and courteous, but most importantly they did an excellent job. They were very careful not to damage the lawn in the area where they were working. After removing the stump they cleaned up, raked and thanked me for my business. I was impressed to say the least.

They care about you and they show it. Your stretches and exercises cater to your specific needs to help you improve your problem areas and decrease your pain levels. Dr Lee is the best chiropractor you could ask for. My back and shoulder pain had become debilitating. It made me have to pull back or stop my favorite activities (BJJ, running, soccer etc) and even basic day to day tasks had become a struggle. He did a thorough assessment and came up with a multi pronged treatment plan. Regular adjustments to get everything repositioned correctly and then regular physical therapy sessions with Nancy to build strength in weak muscles and keep everything in place after the adjustments. The difference I feel now is night and day. Between the two of them they have such a rich wealth of knowledge and I love to go down rabbit holes and ask a lot of questions. They were always patient with me and answered them all to my satisfaction. Leslie in the front office is also fantastic and will be extremely flexible with the scheduling to fit it to your needs. Thank you to everyone at Back in Line for getting my quality of life back to where it should be. I will be eternally grateful.

Amanda is the absolute best groomer my Snickers has ever had! Snickers is a 13 year old Cockapoo with a list of ailments…arthritis, skin growths, heart murmur, heart issues, anxiety, skin issues with shaving, etc. Amanda listened to all of these issues with true concern and understood that just cuz our dog was elderly didn’t mean he didn’t deserve to be treated with gently hands. She even gave me advice on how to continue grooming him. Attached is a picture of him right after … he is smiling!!! I highly recommend Amanda if u have an elderly dog!

Fantastic massage experience! I am a physical therapist, so I am very particular and have high expectations regarding massage, and he delivered an excellent experience. His skill and knowledge of anatomy were apparent. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, from the moment I enter the door. He is professional and relatable. The environment was clean and setup for such a zen vibe; the aesthetics were lovely, inside and out. I prefer deep tissue massage, and the pressure and sequencing throughout the massage were absolutely perfect.

Having received many massages in chicago from those overpriced spas, I can honestly say JJ Massage is a total game changer. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about muscle tension and pressure points. I was desperate to get in somewhere last minute on a Sunday afternoon. I had called all the big box chains and had zero luck finding an opening. I was desperate to get some alleviation on persistent back pain I had been dealing with for the last few weeks. I had never gone to a “strip mall parlor” so I was a bit leary at first, but my back was really bothering me so I caved and came to this location. I was surprised at how spacious it was on the inside and everything looked very clean. The lady at the front was nice and she quickly got me settled into a large room that had two beds in it. I had told the lady at the front that I wanted to do a 90 minute massage, but I did not really specify what type of massage or anything like that.
The room was very dim, and the bed was cozy. There was soft Zen music playing, which was a lovely touch. The room also had two sitting chairs as well as hooks to hang your clothes on.
I have had many massages in my lifetime , but this one was BY FAR the best. I don’t know what king of massage it was, but definitely felt like some sort deep tissue because she really got in there. Many times she was kneeling on the bed itself to get deep into muscles that I didn’t even know I had. It was like she had a roadmap to every bone and muscle and ligament in my body — and she found every knot that needed to be untangled. By the end, I was exhausted and felt like all my muscles were stretched and smoothed out, and it was absolutely euphoric. I’ve spent the rest of the afternoon drinking plenty of water and resting my body because I can tell that I will have some expected muscle soreness over the next day or two. I will absolutely come back here again, and also going to convince my husband to come as well. Highly recommend this place if you want to get knots worked out and old muscles revived. The price for the service was unbeatable too. THANK YOU!!
