1. Timing: They scheduled the roof replacement balancing both speed and the right temperatures. When the right temperature presented itself, the team completed most of the work within 3 days - very efficient!

Process & Professionalism: The whole process was smooth, from contract drafting/refining/executing, permitting, providing roof samples, visiting the property to oversee the work, etc. The quote was detailed, providing us confidence in the quality of the materials and their work. “The day I called High Tops Roofing about my skylight, Dan came out and gave me an estimate. He called me the next day to let me know he’d found a skylight without a shade ( I didn’t need one and it was less expensive than one with a shade) and I let him know we wanted him to replace the skylight. He was able to come out the next day and the skylight was replaced in less than two hours and from what I can see, it is quality workmanship. I highly recommend him and his company.“
