Every other place I went to either told me that they couldn’t do it or would have to mail it to a separate building for the repairs making it take 4+ weeks to repair. UBreakIFix was able to fix it in store in under a quarter of the time the other places estimated. The pricing was also very reasonable and they made sure to check in that I was still okay with the price they quoted me when I originally brought it in. I have my laptop back now and she works better than before! Hopefully I won’t be breaking any more electronics any time soon, but if I do, I’m coming back here.”

“such a pleasant experience. we had a broken phone and originally thought just the screen was broken. he took a closer look (for free) and told us exactly what was wrong and was very real with us. he told us he could put in a new battery but there were tons of complications. we decided ourselves we were just going to get a new one and he luckily had a refurbished one available. he helped us transfer everything and figure out the new phone, and put on a new screen protector for free. he was super kind and we will definitely be coming back here for future issues!”
