I broke a nail while on business travel and had time to fit in a gel manicure between meetings. This salon was next to my hotel so I walked over. They have about 10 nail stations and 7 pedi chairs. The salon is very clean and everyone was friendly. They knew they hadn’t seen me before. Denny did an excellent job on my nails. The price was reasonable and the service was efficient. This would be the kind of salon I’d visit regularly if I was local. Plenty of free parking. I watched another customer get an ombré manicure with an airbrush- it was fast and beautiful. They even added a flower design. I definitely recommend and will stop back in when I’m staying near O’Hare.

Not sure about the low star reviews. I booked an appointment 24 hours ago and just finished a wonderful 90 minute full body massage. The best part was the front shoulders and arms, and the head massage was just as good.
It seems to be one nice lady running the show, although I am not positive. So just try to communicate as much as you can, and understand that things may not go perfectly. But from my experience, everything went perfectly.
I am absolutely obsessed with my new glasses. I purchased the coach women brown glasses and I am in love. Eleni was such a sweetheart and helped my book my appointment right away and also help me choose which one looked great for my face. The doctor was also very kind and helpful. Definitely great experience and looking forward to bring my husband for his checkup.
I’ve been to this salon at Touhy and Mannheim 3 times and every time I receive a great cut by professionals who listen. I have had a different stylist each time and they’re all very nice.
