Did not hook up my car alarm correctly, left something loose in my dashboard where as it rattle's badly as I’m driving down the street, and to make matters worse, I shook my car to try to get the alarm to go off and it didn’t go off, after I called customer service to let them know of the shoddy work they done, the technician called me and asked me to bring it back to their location to take a look at it, absolutely not, he didn’t get it right before, why would I take it back to him and he told that it was done, he let me drive off with it being loose and not positioned properly, I took it to another location to get it done the correct way, they pressed down on my...read full review

Made an appointment, went into store the for a repair. Told me I had to call a 1800 number to order parts. When I called the 1800 number I got transferred 8times and no one could order my parts through warranty
