Took me 12 phone calls to get thru to a real person. Went to the store to make an appt, gave me another # to call, said I could NOT make appt at store must be done over phone. Last call I made, I was told I could have made appt at store. Called another company, got it done for $89.99 vs $200 for best buy. Lazy people who don't want to do their job! Will never spend my money there.

Called to ask a question got a person in India , can't talk to anyone at the store over the phone, got bad advice in store , stay away from brick and mortar go buy at Amazon and destroy the rest of what few of these dumps are left

I am furious! This fridge was delivered Aug 29th, 2023 a week later its not producing ice. Scheduled service 3days out. Not acceptable being a total tech member. Temperatures have been above 90 all week.
