Fixed my iphone 16 super quickly with no hassle whatsoever. Made the appointment the night before— they told me to check in early and they got it done fast. A little over $150 to have my screen fixed is not bad in this economy. Not the “apple” brand screen, but I really do not care about that kind of thing.
Super experience. Samsung cell not charging. Samsung device heathcheck led me here. Went in on Friday, issue was assessed immediately-pins bent in charging port. They ordered parts which arrived over the weekend- per text. Dropped phone off today around 1030 and picked up at 2P.

I brought my phone in for a charging port cleaning, and the service I received was wonderful. The staff were very friendly to answer any questions, and they even recommended the cleaning first since I was originally planning on replacing the port itself.
